From Oceanside Blvd. or Vista Way, take Rancho del Oro Road to the first traffic light, Glaser Drive. Glaser Drive is the west entrance to the campus.

The Community Service and Business Development office is located in the main Administration Bluilding 1000.  You may park in lot 1C by entering through lot 1B. 

Parking Information:

Parking permits are required Monday-Friday for Community Services registrants at all MiraCosta College campuses. Parking passes are not required after 4:00 p.m. on Fridays and on weekends.  Free parking passes can be obtained through the Campus Police Offices at all MiraCosta College campuses.  Students enrolled in Community Services classes may park in any parking lot marked "student" or any space marked "student."

On the Oceanside Campus:  Campus Police Office located in Parking Lot 1A. Hours: Monday-Friday, 7 am to 11 pm; Saturday, 9 am to 3 pm

On the San Elijo Campus:  Campus Police/Parking Kiosk located at the front entrance to the campus. Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8 am to 10 pm ;  Friday,  8 am to 4 pm.; Saturday, 8 am to 4 pm

On the Community Learning Center Campus:  Campus Police Office located inside the main entrance on the left. Hours: Monday-Thursday, 7 am  to 10 pm; Friday, 7 am to 3 pm; Saturday, 8 am to 2 pm

REFUND/TRANSFER/CANCELLATION POLICY

CLASS/WORKSHOP REFUND POLICY:  Except for Behind-the-Wheel Driver Training classes, College for Kids or Excursions, refunds will be granted up to three days prior to the class start date. A $10.00 cancellation fee will be retained for each refund. A full refund will be given if class is cancelled due to low enrollment. Unused attendance is not transferable to another class session. A $10 transfer fee will be retained for each class/workshop transfer.

BEHIND-THE-WHEEL RESCHEDULING AND REFUND POLICY: No refund will be granted after MiraCosta College issues a Certificate of Enrollment (DL392 form) and a student obtains their learner’s permit from the Department of Motor Vehicles.  A student may cancel their Behind-the-Wheel Training before obtaining a learner’s permit for a refund less a $10 processing fee.  In order to grant this refund, we must have the Certificate of Enrollment form returned to our office. If a student needs to cancel or change their Behind-the-Wheel driving dates, notice must be given to our office within 72 hours of their scheduled driving dates or a $30 re-registration fee will be charged.

 EXCURSION REFUND POLICY:  Refunds will be granted up to one week before an excursion only if someone on the wait list is available to take your place. There will be a $25 cancellation fee if a replacement can be found.

COLLEGE FOR KIDS REFUND POLICY: Tuition payment will be refunded, less a $25 processing fee, if withdrawal is done seven or more days prior to the start of class. There are NO refunds once the class has started.
