MiraCosta College Community Education & Workforce Development
COVID-19 UPDATE 3/31/20

Due to our desire to “flatten the curve,” so that our healthcare providers and systems are not overwhelmed, we have taken the extraordinary measure to either cancel, postpone or offer online classes that are currently running or are due to run this semester. This includes Driver's Education, enrichment classes, College for Kids, and English Language Institute.

COLLEGE FOR KIDS 2020: Registration for College for Kids 2020 has been suspended effective 3/27/2020 due to COVID-19. Continue to check this page for information.

HAMILTON EXCURSION:  We have not yet cancelled the excursion to the Hamilton at the Pantages set for May 9th at this point. We will keep you updated and will be able to offer you an opportunity to see Hamilton in October or November IF we must cancel this trip.

ENRICHMENT CLASSES: We are working with instructors to move popular enrichment classes to an online format that is rich and activity based!  Please watch for email notifications of upcoming courses that you can do from the "shelter" of your own home with all of your favorite instructors!

We hope you and your family are doing well and staying healthy!
Kindest regards,
Linda Kurokawa
