Balance/Coordination for Active Older Adults

CourseGraphic These simple, safe but challenging exercises designed to improve balance and coordination. They will include exercises to improve "core" muscle strength as well as overall muscular strength. Participants will move in often unpracticed ways such as backwards, tilting and turning. Fall prevention and recovery will be practiced throughout the course.
