Work out with energetic, active adults. This class is a total body workout that includes multilevel aerobic exercises, resistance/ weight training and stretch/flexibility exercises. The exercises are specific for improving and maintaining quality of life and injury prevention. Each class will focus on cardiovascular exercises for the heart and lungs, weight training for strength and bone density, balance and range of motion exercises and floor work for abdominal/core and back strength. All participants are encouraged to challenge their individual fitness level to maintain and improve overall health. This class is geared to the senior exerciser seeking improved strength, vitality and an active lifestyle.
