New horizons! Learn the 24 movements yang-style form.  This T'ai chi system of holistic exercises underlies many of the ancient martial arts.  It is recognized as a gentle form of practice that recaps many health benefits. It promotes physical fitness, mentally-relaxed alertness, stress reduction and self-defense. Based on the traditional Chinese principles of the ying-yang harmony of the universe, this form combines activation of the vital internal "chi" energy with the 24 graceful, smoothly-flowing movements.  These movements stipulate blood circulation, correct posture and restore whole body balance.  It is practiced as a defense, health and medicative art.
