ClassGraphic Essential training on Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook for businesses and working from home.
Day 1: MS Word- Students will use real world examples to learn the core features and tools. Learn how to orient yourself to the Word 2013 interface, then delve into the functionality at the heart of Word: creating, editing, and formatting documents. Learn how to proof documents, work with tables, use document styles, layout pages, and illustrate documents.
Day 2: MS Excel-Learn tips and shortcuts to increase efficiency and get the full power out of Excel. Get more familiar with the Ribbon and Quick Access toolbar; navigate workbooks and selecting cells; learn tips for data entry and editing; get the basics of how to utilize Excel  ormulas and spreadsheet formatting; work with charts; sort data; and much more!
Day 3: PowerPoint-Engage an audience with images, video, sound, charts and diagrams in a professional presentation. This course covers how to start a presentation from scratch; apply slide layouts for consistency; rearrange slides; run a presentation for an audience; format; add
and customize with photos, clip art, tables, charts; and printing your presentation.
