ClassGraphic Fellow food and wine fans, join sommelier Bridget Cheslock in a six week class that explores wine pairings with cheese and chocolate from around the world. You’ll taste classic pairings like Cabernet Sauvignon and Bleu cheese as well as unusual regional cheese pairings. You’ll also make your own chocolate truffles and decide what to pair them with.
Note: Please refrain from wearing strong fragrances or colognes, as they will interfere with your learning experience. Must be 21 or older to register.
