This two-day hands-on boot camp will teach you the fundamentals of cooking. The techniques taught by Food Network Champ, Chef Patsy Bentivegna are geared towards those looking to build a strong cooking skill foundation. Students will acquire valuable tips and culinary insight from a professional chef. Day One: Knife Skills, Stocks, Soups, Vinaigrette, and Grilling. Day Two: Intro to Spices and Herbs, Poaching, Roasting, Sautéing and Dessert.
