ClassGraphic Suited for all participants, the goal of this class is to maintain/increase strength, balance and flexibility. Exercises include a short cardio/warm
up, full body resistance exercises, balance and coordination exercises and muscle/joint specific stretches. All activities are performed either standing or sitting in a chair. Movements are presented at various levels of intensity with modifications, as needed, making it appropriate for all.
