Balance/Coordination for Active Older Adults

CourseGraphic Simple and safe yet challenging exercises are designed to improve balance and coordination. They will include exercises to improve core muscle strength, as well as overall muscular strength. Participants will move in some unfamiliar ways such as backwards, tilting and turning. Fall prevention and recovery will be practiced throughout the class.
