Balance/Coordination for Active Older Adults

CourseGraphic These simple and safe, yet challenging exercises are designed to improve balance and coordination. They include exercises to improve “core” muscle strength, as well as overall muscular strength. Participants will move in some unfamiliar ways, such as backwards, tilting and turning. Fall prevention and recovery will be practiced throughout the class.
