Put your culinary skills to the test with a week of cooking. This class is intended for moderate to advanced chefs, who know their way around recipes and basic cooking techniques. Learn to experience bringing the farm to the kitchen table. Discover the chemistry of nutrition and prepare culinary delights of your own. Each day is a delectable field trip that delves into gastronomy, the art of cooking and eating amazing food. Chefs are expected to wear closed toe shoes, and tie up long hair.

Notice

Please read:  Your child's registration into a camp session will be confirmed by an emailed Student Confirmation and Transaction Receipt whether you register online, in person or by phone. As we get closer to your child’s camp dates, you will be emailed a Parent Information Letter and a Parent Release and Consent form. The Parent Release and Consent form is required to be completed and submitted to us either electronically or in person before your child can attend camp. If your child is enrolled in multiple camps sessions, you will only need to complete one Parent Release and Consent form before their first camp session which we will keep on file for the entire summer.
