In this you class, you will learn the fundamentals of stress theory and a variety of mind/body techniques to achieve relaxation. We will use yoga and Pilates inspired moves, stretching, breathing, grounding and cleansing exercises, as well as progressive relaxation techniques using imaginary travel as a part of the meditation.

Please read:  EARLY BIRD SPECIAL $95, register BEFORE 3/24 for this special class fee. Bring water bottle and wear comfortable clothes and shoes with little or no traction. Leather-soled shoes recommended.
