Combine fun with fitness as you workout with energetic, active adults. The exercises presented in this class are specifically designed to prevent injuries and improve and maintain quality of life. All participants are encouraged to challenge their individual fitness level to maintain and improve overall health. This class is geared to the senior exerciser seeking improved strength, vitality and an active lifestyle.
NOTE: Classes will be held online. If outdoor restrictions are lifted, MW and TTH classes will be outdoors with Friday online. Location will be emailed to students. Instructor will send an email with Zoom link prior to class.
